Dr Gift Machengete is a graduate of the University of Zimbabwe, holding a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. He also obtained a Diploma in Purchasing and Supply from Harare Polytechnic, demonstrating a diverse educational foundation. Driven by a relentless pursuit of knowledge, he earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Cross University in Australia. His commitment to academic excellence culminated in a Doctorate in Business Administration from the same university, where he graduated with distinction and was awarded the University Plaque for outstanding achievement. Dr Machengete’s_ _career spans four decades. He commenced his journey in 1981 as an Assistant Magistrate, 1985 as a Research Economist. In 1991 he was deployed to China as the EconomicCounsellor at the Zimbabwe Embassy. Between 1995 and 2001, he served as a Senior Economist and Head of Planning and Coordination in the Government of Zimbabwe. In 2001, he was posted to Malaysia, where he served as Deputy Ambassador. In January 2006, he took on the role of Assistant Director for Planning and Coordination in the President's Department. In the same year, he was promoted to Deputy Director Administration and later elevated to the position of Director Administration in 2011. In 2016, he retired as Deputy Director General, before assuming the office of Director General at POTRAZ. In 2021, he received the Zimbabwe Institute of Management Businessman of the Year award. As Director General of POTRAZ, he has represented Zimbabwe with utmost distinction on the global stage. At the national level, he has tirelessly pursued the goal of connecting the unconnected population. He is also a distinguished academic, having been one of the first lecturers for the Masters in Business Leadership Degree program at Bindura University of Science Education (BUSE), where he taught Research Methodology. Dr Machengete has made significant contributions to various boards and councils, including the Traffic Safety Council of Zimbabwe (TSCZ), the Grain Marketing Board (GMB), Chimanimani Logistics, and Sino Zimbabwe. He served as the Chairman of the African Advanced Level Telecommunications Institute (AFRALTI) Governing Council from March 2018 to February 2019 and is past Chairman of the Communications Regulators' Association for Southern Africa (CRASA). Dr Machengete is the Vice Board Chairman of Zimpapers and is also a Board member of the Innovation Alliance of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU).

Dr Rukanda has conducted specific investigatory work and, in some cases, provided expert and opinion evidence. He has worked on identification of key client business issues, determining client needs, evaluating and validatinganalysis and the development of recommendations Dr Rukanda is a mentor, strategist, advisor, seasoned facilitator and ICT examiner for universities and other professional bodies. He served on numerous organizations' boards and professional bodies. . In addition, he is skilled at designing and implementing business systems frameworks as well as designing applications that automate processes., has hands on experience in preparation of user requirements, RFP through to tenders administration and implementation and turnkey solutions deployment. Ezekiel is an experienced ICT professional in Systems Development and Digital Transformation. He has held numerous ICT Leadership positions and has been part of the Executive Committees of a number of institutions; these include heading the ICT Departments of the Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe, Zimbabwe Stock Exchange, Zimbabwe Investment Development Agency and Akribos Financial Investments. Ezekiel also seats on the Board of the Motor Industry Pension (MIPF) Fund, Chief Information Systems Alliance (CISA) Zimbabwe Board, and Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe Pensions Board. He was also one of the founding directors of the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange. Prior to all these local accomplishments, Ezekiel started off his career in Kenya and spent over two years as a Systems Engineer with Seven Seas Technologies. He has been instrumental on digital transformation consultancies, having done work for the Southern African Development Community (SADC), Digital transformation initiatives under the African Development Bank (AFDB), Consultancies for the Government of Zimbabwe (GoZ), and numerous United Nations funded consultancies on Digital Health transformation, amongst other institutions. Ezekiel holds over 30 certifications and accreditations from Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, VMware, IBM, EMC as well as a Masters and BSc in Information Systems Management. Abstract Ezekiel has worked on numerous projects on digital health mostly funded by the UNDP , these include the development of health National Dashboard for the MoHCC , Mobile Applications , Monitoring and Evaluation Systems as well as USSD platforms in the health industry .
